Girls Rock Code: Environment + Tech

Do you enjoy nature and computer science? Are you interested in protecting our environment and learning how technology can create harmony in spaces humans and nature share? Join us at the camp where architecture, nature, and coding meet. You will have the opportunity to talk with an architect about design elements and mathematics which make the structures at Confluence Park beautiful and eco-friendly, look behind the scenes at the technology running this smart park, and explore the native Texas plant and wildlife.

This summer workshop is open to the public and just for upper elementary through middle school girls at the beautiful Confluence Park.

Your Generosity Has Changed Your World

Since 2003, our Foundation has privately raised and reinvested over $43 million dollars in enhancing your San Antonio River experience. Our project partners —the San Antonio River Authority, Bexar County, the City of San Antonio, and the US Army Corps of Engineers — have invested over $789 million in river improvements for our community. Together, our investments have added over $3.6 billion in economic impact through adjacent private investment and development.
